ABOUT US Garmon Home Inspection Services was incorporated in 1993 and since that time has served the greater Atlanta-metro area with superior service and quality work.  With nearly two decades of construction industry experience, the company is able to identify potential problems and suggest possible courses of action.  Garmon Home Inspection Services provides comprehensive full inspections on a variety of properties including single family homes, condos, townhouse, lofts, and multi-family dwellings. Before starting in the Home Inspection business I was involved with building houses with my brother as hands on builders doing most of the construction ourselves, the experience was great and a lot of fun working in new construction, buying lots and building from the ground up day in and day out, that was rewarding. We dug and poured footings, framed, shingled, installed exterior and interior material and trim and coordinating with the subs for HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical. Also as licensed Real Estate Brokers we were involved with buyers from showing to contract to closing and beyond. This was a great experience for me and I transformed that into a Full time Home Inspector and Part time Real Estate Investor and continue to this day. Real Estate is my passion and I enjoy all aspects of Real Estate.  As a home Inspector I can bring a great deal of experience to every Inspection.
